Scholarships
Scholarships are provided by the MAC Foundation, a 501c3 organization established in 2009 that pursues resources to support the district’s growth and sustainability, and helps make recreation activities accessible to everyone in the diverse, rural communities served by the MACRD.
Eligibility & Approval Process:
Must be an in-district resident.
Proof of state or federal assistance (examples include OHP, Oregon Trail, WIC, SSI/disability support, etc) and/or Housing Works endorsement OR a written hardship letter explaining the need and circumstances
Applications are approved on a first come first serve basis for up to $150/year per applicant
(as long as funds are available).Applications must be submitted at least 5 business days before an activity registration deadline to be applied to that activity.
